Delivery & Returns

At The Frame Gallery, we are delighted to offer delivery services within the United Kingdom (UK) for your convenience. Please review the following information regarding our delivery fees and guidelines:

Delivery Charges

Our products are banded into 3 categories of parcel and price:

  • Small Parcel: £5
  • Medium Parcel: £7
  • Large Parcel: £9

All of our original art is collection only or delivery costs to be calculated after you place your order.

Gifts and smaller items are available for collection too.

Delivery Method

All deliveries are dispatched using reputable courier services to ensure safe and prompt arrival at your designated address. Please note that we only offer delivery within the United Kingdom at this time.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues.
  • If you have any specific delivery instructions or preferences, please include them in the “Order Notes” section during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • For orders containing multiple items, we will endeavour to consolidate items where possible to minimise delivery costs.
  • While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or peak holiday periods may impact delivery schedules. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We regret that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
  • International delivery services are not currently available. We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery through the courier’s website.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Frame Gallery. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that personalised or customised items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).
