World famous wildlife artist, Pip McGarry, will be astonishing Hampshire residents once again when he returns to the gallery with his latest collection of awe-inspiring paintings of African wildlife.

‘The Great McGarry’ runs from 28th June – 12th July 2014 and features exclusive paintings from Pip’s recent travels to Kenya, including the highly sought after cheetah, leopard, lion cubs and zebras. Visitors to the exhibition will marvel at the realism and attention to detail of Pip’s award-winning oil paintings. In 2013, Pip’s inspiring ‘White Tiger’ sold for a record-breaking £40,000.00.
Pip is founder and Chairman of Marwell International Wildlife Art Society (MIWAS), the largest wildlife art society in Europe, and has been the official ‘Artist-in-Residence’ at Marwell Wildlife Park in Hampshire since 1999. In November 2014, to coincide with refurbishment work at the zoo, Pip will become the first Artist-in-Residence in the world with his paintings exclusively on display in a purpose-built gallery in a zoological park.
The Frame is the only gallery in Hampshire to sell original paintings by Pip McGarry. Interest in this solo exhibition is hotly anticipated so early viewing is recommended to avoid disappointment.
To meet the artist in person, The Frame is holding an Open Day on Saturday 28th June from 9:30am – 4pm. For more information contact the gallery on 01256 701082 or email:

“Excitement and interest is already building for our next exhibition with ‘The Great McGarry’. With a growing demand for Pip’s work both at home and abroad, it’s a great honour for The Frame to be the only gallery in Hampshire to stock his original work and to showcase his latest paintings of African big cats and game.”
