Often described as quirky and whimsical, Chris’ playful work usually involves vernacular architecture, atmospheric land and British east coast seascapes, populated with his characters – the gaunt and dry-humoured ‘Garfield Eldritch’ and his faithful Jack Russell pal ‘Barton Darcy.
