Liz Chaderton lives and works in a small village in Berkshire, where she creates vibrant paintings, working mainly in watercolour and ink.
Initially following her love of science and words, Liz’s urge to create had always been quietly calling to her. She travelled extensively with pencil and paper in hand, sketching giant tortoises in the Galápagos and ancestral houses in Indonesia. Gradually, painting became something she could no longer ignore, and in 2016 she committed to becoming a full-time artist.
Inspired by the natural world and the beauty she encounters both close to home and on her travels, Liz’s work captures the character, energy and wonder of her subjects.
We are delighted to display a selection of beautiful pieces from her collection.
